Newborn, children's, family, and milestone portraiture.
Portraits of Promise
A community portrait initiative designed to celebrate children, confidence, and potential through partnerships with families, nonprofit organizations, sponsors, schools, churches, and other community partners.
Legacies in Focus
A portrait initiative honoring elders and preserving personal and family legacy through meaningful portraiture.
All services and transactions conducted under these brands are provided by or through Uniquely June LLC, unless otherwise stated.
Our Websites are intended primarily for adults.
Individuals under the age of 18 may use our Websites only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
Children under the age of 13 should not submit personal information directly through our Websites.
Participation by minors in photography sessions, Portraits of Promise programs, or other activities may require authorization from a parent or legal guardian and may be subject to separate photography agreements, releases, or program documents.
Information presented on our Websites regarding photography sessions, packages, pricing, availability, deliverables, and optional services is intended to provide general information.
A photography booking may also be governed by a separate written photography agreement, proposal, invoice, model release, or other client document.
If a provision of a signed photography agreement conflicts with these general Website Terms regarding a photography session, the signed photography agreement will control with respect to that session.
Session fees compensate Uniquely June for professional services that may include consultation, preparation, photography time, creative direction, image review, editing, administrative work, gallery preparation, and other services described in the applicable package.
The number and type of digital images, prints, galleries, products, or other deliverables included in a session will be stated in the applicable package or client agreement.
Additional photographs, prints, wall art, albums, or other products may be available for separate purchase.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the type of session, event, promotion, or partnership.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable booking agreement:
The specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms presented at booking or contained in your signed photography agreement will govern your session.
Uniquely June reserves the right to reschedule a session when reasonably necessary because of illness, unsafe weather conditions, equipment failure, emergency, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Photography is a creative service.
By booking Uniquely June, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed our portfolio and understand our artistic style and approach.
While we strive to create high-quality portraits consistent with our portfolio, we cannot guarantee a particular pose, expression, background, number of usable photographs, or exact artistic result.
Factors including cooperation, age, health, mobility, weather, venue conditions, lighting, timing, and other circumstances may affect the final images.
Final image selection and artistic editing remain within the professional discretion of Uniquely June unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client galleries may be hosted through third-party gallery platforms.
Gallery availability periods, downloading rights, purchasing options, passwords, and expiration dates may vary and will be communicated when the gallery is delivered.
Clients are responsible for downloading and appropriately backing up purchased or included digital files within any stated availability period.
Unless otherwise expressly granted in writing, purchasing or receiving a digital photograph does not transfer the copyright in the image.
Personal-use printing or sharing rights, where granted, are subject to the terms accompanying the image or photography agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photographs created by Uniquely June remain protected by applicable copyright law.
Clients may not materially edit, commercially reproduce, sell, license, enter into competitions, or otherwise commercially exploit photographs without prior written authorization.
Nothing in these Website Terms automatically grants Uniquely June permission to publicly use an identifiable client's photograph.
Portfolio, advertising, website, social-media, publication, exhibition, or promotional use of client photographs will be governed by applicable photography agreements, model releases, permissions, or other authorization.
Uniquely June may offer products including, but not limited to:
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, and other information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Because computer and mobile displays vary, we cannot guarantee that colors appearing on a screen will precisely match the physical product.
Availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing or description errors, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customization charges, or other fees may be added during checkout.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Shipping estimates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Processing time may vary for signed books, customized products, fine art prints, photographic products, special orders, or merchandise produced by third-party vendors.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order cannot be shipped within the time represented to the customer, we will handle the order in accordance with applicable law and our communicated shipping practices.
Uniquely June is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues.
Return and refund eligibility may depend on the type of product purchased.

The return or refund policy displayed at the time of purchase will govern the applicable transaction.
Gift certificates, where offered, may be subject to separate conditions provided at purchase.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Portraits of Promise and Legacies in Focus may operate through partnerships with churches, nonprofits, schools, memory-care communities, sponsors, assisted-living communities, community organizations, and other entities.
Participation, funding, sponsorship benefits, eligibility requirements, portrait deliverables, event responsibilities, and other conditions may be established through separate written partnership agreements.
Information on our Websites concerning sponsorships or partnerships is an invitation to explore potential collaboration and does not itself create a contractual relationship.
Our Websites may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors, online galleries, print vendors, shipping providers, social-media platforms, retailers, booking services, and other websites.
These third-party services are independently operated.
Uniquely June LLC does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, privacy practices, terms, or performance of third-party websites or services.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Certain products, including books, may be available both directly from Uniquely June and from third-party retailers such as Amazon.
Purchases made through a third-party retailer are governed by that retailer's terms, pricing, shipping practices, return policies, privacy policy, and customer-service procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Failure by Uniquely June LLC to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that or another provision later.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, Websites, products, Services, or applicable requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on our Websites with a revised effective or “last updated” date.

They do not replace separately executed photography agreements, partnership agreements, sponsorship agreements, vendor agreements, releases, invoices, proposals, or other contracts.
