Uniquely June’s goal is to make it affordable for young parents to hold on to those fleeting moments that seem to disappear faster than a toddler’s attention span. Of course, while we do have overhead costs, Uniquely June is committed to finding ways to adjust and ensure it remains a valuable experience for you! We are always thinking of ways to make our sessions accessible for young parents to capture and cherish the precious moments that will last a lifetime.
The price for newborn photography can vary widely due to several factors including the photographer’s experience, the photoshoot location, and the number of edited images. Some newborn photographers may offer additional services, such as props or wardrobe changes that can influence the overall cost. The photographer also has the aforementioned overhead costs to consider.
These sessions are not quick. They require thoughtful time, planning, and attention to detail. There is often props to set-up, the need to sooth babies, and adjust lighting all to capture the perfect shot. At Uniquely June, the time and effort invested in creating beautiful newborn portraits is not reflected in our pricing. Our overall desire is to offer beautiful memories for new and growing families that is fair and affordable. Ultimately, we want to win your business and hope you will continue to consider Uniquely June for future photography needs as your newborn continues to grow into a little person ready to explore the world on their own two feet!
Session fees are non-refundable and payable in advance. The session fee covers the

*Client in-home shoots start at $600 plus $150 mileage if outside of 40 miles.
It is best to photograph your newborn within the first 2-3 weeks in order to get those sweet sleepy posed images. Contact me during your pregnancy to share your estimated due date. Upon booking, I will have your due date on my calendar and once baby arrives, we will finalize the photography session date.
Baby sessions take place in my home which will allow me to coordinate outfits and backgrounds more efficiently.
Baby sessions last about 1-2 hours but could take longer depending on the temperament of your baby.
About 2 weeks after the images are chosen.
